Welcome! I make unique Sterling Silver, Gemstone and Pearl Jewellery, which I hope will bring delight and inspiration to you.
Each necklace, bracelet and pair of earrings is designed by me, in Dorset using fine Pearls, Gemstones, Swarovski Crystals, glass beads, and Sterling Silver.
my jewellery is inspired by a love of natural gemstones, colour and light and the changing seasons.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
In the very unlikely event that your item should arrive damaged please notify me immediately and return your purchase in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
Please be assured that all items are packed very carefully.
Please remember returns are accepted within 7 days of your receipt of the item. You will need to pay the return postage costs and get proof of posting, thank you.
Unfortunately earrings are excluded from returns due to hygiene reasons.
All items are thoroughly checked before posting.
I want you to be happy with your purchase, and always try to show items as they really are and describe them accurately. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please convo me and we can discuss options.
Items will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as standard.
If you would prefer to have more expensive items sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery next day service ( not Saturday ) which is insured and signed for on arrival, please ask for a price before placing your order.
Less expensive items will be sent by Recorded Delivery or Ist class post.
I will pack your purchase really well, and will place it in an organza bag, after which it will have a layer of extra bubble wrap before being placed in a padded envelope. All items will be checked thoroughly before posting.
If you live outside the UK your item will be sent by standard Air Mail uninsured service which can take around 10 days. Extra charges will apply if you require insurance and tracked delivery so please convo me before purchase.
I aim to offer you the best possible service, and will endeavour to send items within 3 days of payment being cleared except on Bank Holidays / Weekends or if I am on holiday ( very rare and you will be notified if so!)
