I wanted to create something practical and beautiful for everyday life using only recycled materials. As someone who carries a laptop everywhere, I noticed there weren't many handmade, eco-friendly options out there. I love the idea of protecting your tech with something that feels personal and has real texture and character. The chunky ribbon yarn gives the sleeve a padded, sturdy feel while keeping it lightweight, and the two-colour design makes it a joy to crochet. It felt like a natural addition to my collection of recycled yarn patterns.
