You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Further conditions of return I request that all items are returned in their original LynnsGemCreations packaging and in the condition in which they were received. I advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags or discarding packaging. Jewellery with tags removed will not be refunded! We cannot accept returned items that have been 'worn or used'. I do not accept returns on earrings for health reasons. Please make sure that on the package you 'mark it as a return', i will not be responsible for customs charges for a returned item. Also any costs incurred by Lynnsgemcreations for the parcel being returned due to non delivery/collection will be deducted from the refund. Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. US Parcels are sent DDP, so no further costs are incurred by the buyer.
