Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Special order vintage style BONJOUR banner created from snippets of leftover floral Liberty fabrics.
The banner has been created from white vintage Egyptian cotton sheeting and features the word 'Bonjour'. The lettering has been cut by hand and then machine-appliqued in place. It is edged in a co-ordinating red gingham bias binding and has two hanging loops at the top finished with red, white and blue buttons. The banner is backed with the same white cotton.
Please be aware that the fabric is cut from vintage linen sheeting and, as such, may have the odd blemish or flaw.
The banner measures approximately 56cm long x 18cm wide.
Please note this is not a toy and should be kept out of the reach of babies and small children.
If you would like to commission a banner then just send me a message detailing the wording and preferred colour scheme. The cost is £2 per letter plus £5 which includes postage.
