I made this piece when I felt a bit stuck in my life and wanted to feel and express something. I got the idea to do an anatomical heart with beads dripping like blood from looking at pomegranates and how the seeds look like tiny jewels. At first, I thought to fill the whole inside of the heart with beads, but then I decided hanging beads would suit her better. It took me quite a while to make this beautiful piece, and I really love her—I’m very attached to her and would love for her to go to someone who loves and connects with her as much ♥️

Full description
This is an intricate hand embroidery of an anatomical heart, stitched in deep red thread with beads hanging like trickling blood and sparkling tears, twirling as they catch the light. The heart sits on a secure fabric backing, while the surrounding cloth is left loose and gentle, showing the texture of human life and the marks of hard times, it is allowed to and inevitably will fray so be gentle
A small hole near the top is for hanging, not a defect—so this heart can live on your wall and tell its story
