Much of my work is inspired by nature, wildlife and animals. I have always lived with cats and this idea captured the whole body stretch just after waking up. I can imagine the yawn taht followed!
Safety information
This item is glass and therefore breakable. Please handle with care and secure the item to a fixed point. All edges have been ground to remove sharpness. Consider how you display the glass and that it is in a safe location away from wagging dog tails or small hands! Lead solder has been used but this is very low risk. However, I always wash my hands after handling to reduce the risk to zero.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Full description
This listing is for one stained glass stretching cat made with a wispy brown glass that really captures the idea of fur. It's the only one in the world! The cat face was created using wire overlap and copper foil soldered into place. This would make a unique gift, especially for a cat lover. It's use is up to you, however, it isn't watertight!
The finished item, with hook, measures approximately 21.5 cm long by 6 cm cm wide and 5 cm high at the back.
This item is hand cut and crafted using the Tiffany foiled glass method; each piece of glass is edged with copper foil, soldered and cleaned; sometimes a patina is added. Craft glass has unique imperfections making every piece original - we have done our best to faithfully show you the true colours in the photographs.
Please ensure that you place (and secure) your glass in a safe location; if the piece falls it is likely to break. The item is not a toy.
Price is for the glass item only.
Postage cost is for 48-hour tracked medium parcel delivery. This cost reflects the size of the item once packaged for safe arrival.
