The inspiration for this star comes from the quiet beauty of winter mornings, when pale sunlight meets frosted glass and everything feels calm and still. The clear textured points bring a sense of clarity and simplicity, while the soft yellow Gluechip quarters echo the gentle warmth of early light. Together they create a star that feels peaceful and uplifting, a small reminder of hope and brightness during the darker months.

Full description
A hand crafted stained glass Bethlehem star made from clear textured glass for the four main points and pale yellow Gluechip glass for the quarter points, giving the piece a soft frosted shimmer that changes beautifully with the light. A small hook is attached so it can hang from your Christmas tree, a festive garland, above your nativity scene or in a window as a gentle suncatcher. Other colour combinations are available in separate listings.
Each star is cut and shaped by hand using the traditional Tiffany foiled glass method. Every piece of glass is edged with copper foil, carefully soldered, cleaned and sometimes finished with patina to deepen the tones.
Craft glass naturally contains small variations and character marks which make every star unique, and the colours shown in the photographs have been captured as faithfully as possible.
The star measures approximately 23 cm in height and 13 to 14 cm in width at its widest point.
Please ensure that you place (and secure) your glass in a safe location; if the piece falls it is likely to break. The item is not a toy.
