This design grew from the idea of a small shoal of fishes moving together in a gentle rainbow arc. The translucent glass allows light to pass through each colour, creating a soft glow that changes throughout the day. The rainbow palette carries a sense of hope, unity and celebration, and it also resonates with LGBTQ plus symbolism.
Each fish is cut and assembled by hand, allowing the natural character of the glass to guide the final look. The result is a bright and joyful piece that brings colour and movement to any room.
Safety information
This item is glass and therefore breakable. Please handle with care and secure the item to a fixed point. All edges have been ground to remove sharpness. Consider how you display the glass and that it is in a safe location away from wagging dog tails or small hands! Lead solder has been used but this is very low risk. However, I always wash my hands after handling to reduce the risk to zero.

Full description
This stained glass rainbow fishes suncatcher is made from seven translucent glass fishes arranged in a flowing vertical line. The colours shift beautifully in the light and create a bright and uplifting display. There are two hooks on the back and it is best to suspend the piece using both for secure hanging.
The finished suncatcher measures about twenty eight centimetres in height and about sixteen centimetres in width.
Each piece is hand cut and crafted using the Tiffany foiled glass method. Every section of glass is edged with copper foil, soldered, and cleaned. Craft glass often contains tiny natural marks or variations which make every piece original. Colours are shown as accurately as possible although screens may vary.
Please place and secure your glass in a safe position. If it falls it is likely to break. This item is not a toy.
