I also love sharing my crafting skills with others, so I created this step‑by‑step needle‑felting kit for anyone who wants to try something different, relaxing, and creative. Whether you’re brand‑new to needle‑felting or already enjoy wool crafts, this kit guides you gently from start to finish.

The kit is not a toy and contains small and sharp objects - handle with care. Not suitable for children. Keep away from babies, pets, and small children (choking hazard). Sizes may vary depending on the needle-felting technique. Images are for illustration only. Always wear finger protectors when handling needles.

A beginner-friendly needle-felting kit that enables you to make two adorable 3D wool heart keychains with tassel charms, with your choice of finish: a heart outline, or a filled-in mini-heart shape.
The starter kit has all materials, detailed step-by-step instructions, and needle-felting and troubleshooting tips. The needle-felting kit is suitable for both beginners and more experienced crafters.
Your printed instructions also include a link to the PDF version, so you can view the images more clearly as you follow along.
What's included in your kit?
Your starter kit includes everything you need to make two 3D heart keychains (approx. 6.5cm):
- Dense foam felting pads – protect your work surface and your needle.
- Core wool bat – for shaping the heart and filling the white centre (optional).
- Red carded wool bat – for the red sides and the mini red heart detail.
- Red & white acrylic yarn (DK) – for outlining hearts and attaching keyrings.
- 2x medium felting needles – sharp, barbed needles for sculpting wool.
- 2x 25 mm metal keyrings with removable lobster clasps.
- 2x red faux-leather tassel charms with stainless steel fittings.
- 2x 6 mm stainless-steel beads (2 mm holes).
- 1x large-eye darning needle – for attaching findings.
- 1x needle threader – to help you thread the yarn.
- 2x finger protectors – for thumb and index finger.
Please note that you will need scissors, which are not included in this kit.
