I have enjoyed made blankets using various granny square motifs for decades. I first started gifting them to family and friends, and now offer them for sale on Folksy. This pattern is ideal for beginners and includes basic instructions (using UK terminology) on how to build a blanket from granny squares. I hope you enjoy making your blanket!

Full description
PATTERN. This pattern gives the instructions on how to make a classic granny square blanket measuring approximately 1.6m square. Detailed instruction are included for making the granny square and how to build the blanket with alternating bands of grannies and treble crochet. Various techniques can be used for joining the elements and I have referenced YouTube videos where further detail is required.
