Full description
A deceptively time consuming piece to make as every tiny petal needs to be nipped into shape by hand. All my glass is hand cut by me, I use powders to colour it and pop it into the kiln for the first fuse. I then draw the details with glass enamels and create to design. Tiny murrini pieces create the centres of the Clematis flower. It then goes into the kiln at a cooler temperature to retain lots of definition. Once cool I drill a hole to thread with twine.
