When I am printing, I can never resist trying out different colour ways to see what happens. Sometimes I like the new version better than the original. This time I tried different colour papers to print on, resulting in this Dog Ears Red (i didn't stop there, see other listings!)

'Dog Ears Red ' An original hand pulled screen print by Jo Brown, Happy Tomato.
This unframed joyous print features lots of happy dogs on a bright red background, a cheery print for hallways kitchens living rooms, nursery.
A version of my original Dog Ears print, this one is printed on RED paper (see other listings for different versions)
The print was created in two layers, the first one splashy painterly textures in white, then the second layer of black crayony lines.
Based on my many sketches of dogs, in my children's book illustration style.
Printed by hand, by me in Brighton.
Limited edition two colour print, on Red 300gsm Canford paper. This is a bright pillar box red, in case it doesn't show properly on screen.
Signed and numbered in pencil at the bottom. I only printed four pieces of this original screen print.
As these are hand printed each print will be subtly different, may not be the one in the picture but you will be getting an Original Print, with hand made imperfections.
A3 Print approx 30cm wide x 42cm high.
Perfect for framing- fits standard A3 frames (black would look good with this print)
Will be posted flat in a hard backed envelope, Royal Mail 48.
