Full description

A truly unique and unusual fused glass bowl with an explosion of colourful abstract under the sea, life, creatures and plants.

Base circle is a beautiful transparent turquoise blue. Top layer consists of hand cut shapes, decorated with glass paints and frits.

We have everything from jellyfish, dolphin, ammonite, scallops and rolling waves to the tiniest and most colourful tropical fish.

Fired in the kiln to a temperature which retains wonderful texture.

A second firing on a ceramic mould allows the glass to gently soften and relax into the bowl shape.

A statement piece of fused glass art, perfect for gifting to someone who appreciates nature, art and the sea.

Approximately 32 cm in diameter x 5 cm high.

Designed by Margaret Duffin in Portstewart Northern Ireland
