I started making fabric tote bags to reduce plastic bag use. I then became aware of our difficult to recycle soft plastic packaging and decided to try to re-use it

Full description
Recycled, upcycled crisp packet gift bag, reinforced with a layer of clear plastic from recycled punched pockets. Handles from unwanted lanyards. I originally used heat fused crisp packets but now add extra fused layer to make the bag more durable. Each gift bag made from 3 12 actual crisp packets which have been washed dried and heat fused flat.

Give your favourite crisp packets an additional life. Fun packaging idea. I'm passionate about extending the usefulness of our difficult to recycle plastic packaging.
I'm happy to discuss making a bag from your own favourite packaging. Not all types of packaging are suitable
