'The Grain's Measure' explores our enduring relationship with the rhythms of the earth. Illustrating a moment of harvest, the traditional folkloric imagery of the strawboy captures a moment of cyclical reckoning, an acknowledgement of life's bounty and the deep-seated impulse to honour the natural world.
