Hi and welcome to my little shop. I hope you have had a chance to relax a little over this winter holiday and feel suitably refreshed. I'm away from the 27th Dec to the 20th Jan for some much needed down time. So feel free to have a browse in the meantime and I'll be more then happy to see you when I reopen next year!
Sometimes we feel a connection to a place even when we haven't been there, this collection is full of those for me. Hopefully some will speak to you too as having a place in your home where you can sit and daydream, a lovely way to slow down and leave the stress of the day to run on ahead on its own.
We can't always complete our bucket lists but maybe owning a painting of a particular place is the next best thing to going there!

Full description
A perfect little swimming spot at the foot of Scafell Pike, the deepest lake in England is nestled amongst mountains and under a big blue sky in this painting. I tried to capture the vastness of the landscape here using the play of light across the land to reflect its dance across the sky.
Dimensions: the painting is 30x40cm and framed its 33x43cm.
