Full description
The combined mediums of fire art (pyrography) and acrylic paints. Created on a 30cm square of birch ply. Framed in a basic frame for display purposes.
Otter in Kelp was the first large piece in this combined medium I completed in January 2026, over two days. The Otter was created by burning in to the wood, and the Kelp added. Then the fluid acrylics were used to add on the colour to the water, the shafts of light from the surface, and the bubbles. A labour of love!
Due to the value of this artwork, it will be posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery, and will require to be signed for.
