I created this item after realising that quite a few customers had been purchasing my robin Christmas decorations as bereavement gifts. These little robins are made to the same design as my larger robin decorations and although not made to replace them they are designed to be tactile for holding and small enough to be carried around in a pocket.

This cute little robin pocket token has been lovingly handmade to create a thoughtful gift aimed at bringing comfort to those experiencing loss of a loved one.
Handmade using glass powders and organic binders which have been combined together to form modelling glass, a workable glass clay the robin is then kiln fired at a high temperature of over 700 C to transform the glass powders into a solid and shiny finished glass piece.
The finished robins are approximately 3.5cm x 2.5cm. Each one is individually handmade to the same design, but being handmade will have small differences. I think that this adds to their appeal and makes every little robin unique.
Mounted on to a small backing card the token is accompanied by the message that 'robins appear when loved ones are near' and three little hearts to match the heart on the robins breast.
They are available in standard packaging in a cellophane bag or in a gift box for a small additional charge.
