Full description
Asymmetrical bangle made from copper wire reclaimed from old Cathode ray television sets. a repurposed phone charging cable and bought blue lacquered wire.
Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) televisions, were dominant from the 1930s to the early 2000s, used electron guns to scan phosphorescent screens, creating iconic, bulky, and heavy sets. Although our TVs are sleeker and less heavy they are no longer a source of raw materials for me.
