Dear US Customers
I love you all, but it seems some of you are missing some vital information
1) I am in Wales. Great Britain United Kingdom call it what you will, it is a small island on the other side of the Atlantic. Shipping will take a while. The estimated date given by is nonsense and I have no control over it. It is also an ESTIMATE. Royal Mail is overworked and understaffed, so too is USPS. I have no control over how long your parcel will take to arrive, but it's probably going to be a month. I cannot alter this. If I could control Royal Mail, USPS and US Customs, I wouldn't be selling interfacing on . Screaming at me won't help
2) International Tracking is expensive. Very expensive. It is an optional add-on at check-out. If you do not purchase a tracked service, there will be no tracking number. Again, screaming at me won't help.
3) I get it. The virus is scary, you are scared. I'm not feeling too happy about it either. Screaming at me might relieve your feelings, but it doesn't help mine. It will ensure that US shipping gets turned off again. Please be considerate.
