This is one of my new deigns, I absolutely love the way that the richness of the glass interacts with the embossed spiral giving hints of the rich terracotta clay below.

Full description
These beautiful handmade blue ceramic earrings are stamped with gorgeous embossed swirls that really show off the rich tones from the dark blue glaze. Each circle is around 20mm across and fitted with a hypoallergenic gold coloured ear hook. Every pair are slightly different and unique.
I had great fun creating this design and the blue glaze pairs beautifully with the rich terracotta tones from the clay.
They are presented in a hand stamped eco gift box and I’m happy to include a personalised message without an extra charge.
I make all my jewellery from clay I forage myself from around my little cabin in Bristol UK, making them some of the most sustainable earrings in the world!
I have been working with foraged clay for a few years now and am obsessed with the beautiful texture created when paired with these rich deep glazes! Once I have processed the clay and made my earring designs, they are then fired to stoneware temperatures (1220 Celsius) and become ceramic.
The picture shows the design and glaze used but due to the exciting nature of ceramics each pair will have slight variations. Each clay circle is around 20mm and the backs are unglazed exposing the wild terracotta coloured clay. The hooks are made with hypoallergenic stainless steel.
