As a full-time mum, my creative journey began with my daughter. To support her through the challenges of ADHD, I crafted my first piece of jewellery for her in 2025. She found a sense of peace and calm in my creations that she hadn’t felt before.
This inspired me to start 'Believe2mysoul'—to help fund her ongoing care and to share these positive vibes with others. Every piece is made with heart and care. My hope is that when you receive your order, it brings a moment of peace and joy to your day.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Return Additional Details: Firstly, please email believe2mysoul@gmail.com to request a refund or return. Product Appearance: Every effort is made to ensure my photographs accurately reflect the items. However, please be aware that minor variations in colour and appearance may occur due to photographic lighting or digital display settings. These are natural characteristics and are not deemed as faults. Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original and unused condition, including all original packaging. If an item is returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold (e.g., signs of wear or damage), the buyer will be liable for the loss in value. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For your protection, please use a tracked shipping service. I cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
