Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Product Appearance: Every effort is made to ensure my photographs accurately reflect the items. However, please be aware that minor variations in colour and appearance may occur due to photographic lighting or digital display settings. These are natural characteristics and are not deemed as faults.

Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original and unused condition, including all original packaging. If an item is returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold (e.g., signs of wear or damage), the buyer will be liable for the loss in value.

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For your protection, please use a tracked shipping service. I cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged during return transit.
