Full description
This hand crafted stained glass hanging is inspired by the first glimpse of Spring, the exciting moment when you first spot a Snowdrop!
Each petal is cut from milky white glass, framed in a dark patina, with soft green leaves rising from the base. The flowers are nestled inside a simple round frame, giving it the feel of a tiny woodland window.
Handmade using traditional copper foil stained glass techniques, the hanging works well in a window, on a wall, per haps cheering up a downstairs loo or anywhere that could use a quiet nod to spring.
Hung by a simple ribbon, it’s ready to display or to be given as a unique gift for nature lovers, gardeners, fans of botanical art or the galanthophile in your life!
The wire ring is approx 7 inches (18cm). Each piece is individually handcrafted using the traditional copper foil method. I make each hanging to order and as such it will be unique and may have subtle variations that add character and authenticity - just like the nature it is reflecting.
Please allow 3-5 days for me to handcraft your piece. Items are then dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you need your order sooner, just drop me a message, I'm more than happy to prioritise rush orders where possible.
