Snowdrop stained glass wreath handmade wall or window hanging decoration

This hand crafted stained glass hanging is inspired by the first glimpse of Spring, the exciting moment when you first spot a Snowdrop! Each petal is cut from milky white glass, framed in a dark patina, with soft green leaves rising from the base. The flowers are nestled inside a simple round frame, giving it the feel of a tiny woodland window. Handmade using traditional copper foil stained glass techniques, the hanging works well in a window, on a wall, per haps cheering up a downstairs loo or anywhere that could use a quiet nod to spring. Hung by a simple ribbon, it's ready to display or to be given as a unique gift for nature lovers, gardeners, fans of botanical art or the galanthophile in your life! The wire ring is approx 7 inches (18cm). Each piece is individually handcrafted using the traditional copper foil method. I make each hanging to order and as such it will be unique and may have subtle variations that add character and authenticity - just like the nature it is reflecting.
