This fabric comes from my personal retirement stock clearance. After many years as an upcycler and maker, I am gradually letting go of my remaining materials and finding them new homes where they can be enjoyed and used again. These are unused leftover fabrics from my working years, not new trade stock, and once they are gone, there will be no more.

Full description
A beautiful quality polyester charmeuse satin in a rich post-box red shade. This fabric has been freshly cut from an unused roll and has never been used.
Charmeuse is known for its smooth, fluid drape and elegant sheen. This fabric has a glossy satin finish on one side with a soft matte reverse, creating movement and depth as it catches the light. At approximately 140 gsm, it is lightweight yet substantial enough for flowing garments and decorative sewing.
Ideal for dresses, evening wear, bridal and wedding gowns, skirts, blouses, lingerie, robes, costumes, dancewear, scarves, and other projects where a soft drape and luxurious finish are wanted. It is also suitable for cushion covers, table runners, backdrops, stage décor, and creative craft projects.
Full width is approximately 150 cm.
If you order more than one metre, it will be supplied in one continuous length wherever possible.
Price: £4.50 per metre.
Condition: New, unused fabric cut from roll.
This fabric is priced well below typical fabric shop prices as part of my retirement sale. I’ve closed my business and I’m selling my remaining surplus stock to make space. Once it’s gone, I won’t be able to replace it.
