You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

All custom orders are sent with a signed for delivery as they often cannot be replaced. Please check your address carefully, If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package a refund minus the shipping will only be issued once the package has returned to me. Please note this can take weeks. Items go missing in transit rarely and Royal mail do not consider anything lost until 30 days have passed for UK . Therefore refunds on lost items can only be given after 32 days.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Snowflake obsidian bar necklace -
8 - 4mm round snowflake obsidian beads are threaded onto sterling silver wire to form the gemstone bar which hangs from a sterling silver chain with handmade ends using matching 4mm snowflake obsidian beads. The necklace fastens with a sterling silver lobster clasp and handmade ring.
Classic and elegant for any occasion.
The bar section measures 2 inches / 50mm across and the finished length is 18 inches / 45.5 cms.
