You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Returns Policy: Specific to Hand-Turned Wood Items ​Due to the unique nature of natural wood products, our returns policy has specific terms regarding damage or defects: ​1. Eligible Returns (Manufacturing Defect) ​Returns are accepted if the item arrives damaged or if there is a defect in craftsmanship discovered upon immediate receipt. ​Please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the defect and the original packaging. ​2. Non-Eligible Returns (Damage Due to Misuse) ​We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for damage caused by improper care or misuse of the item after delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, the following common issues specific to wood products: ​Cracking, Splitting, or Warping: If caused by exposure to extreme heat, cold, or rapid temperature changes (e.g., placing near a radiator or stove). ​Warping or Splitting: If caused by immersion in water, soaking in a sink, or washing in a dishwasher. Our wood items are strictly hand-wash only and must be dried immediately. ​Staining: If caused by leaving wet, highly coloured, or acidic foods (e.g., berries, vinegar) on the item for prolonged periods. ​Mould or Deterioration: If caused by storing the item while wet or in a constantly humid environment. ​3. Care Acknowledgement ​By purchasing this hand-turned wood item, the customer acknowledges they have read and agree to follow the Care Instructions provided in the product description (and/or included with the shipment).

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
