I made this Activated Charcoal Soap / Shampoo Bar for times when skin or hair needs a little extra help feeling fresh and clean.
Over the years, many customers told me they loved gentle soaps but still wanted an option that felt more deeply cleansing, especially for oily skin, combination areas, or hair that can feel heavy or build up products easily. I wanted to create a bar that offered that deeper cleanse without tipping into harshness.
Activated charcoal was a natural choice because of its ability to attract and lift away dirt, oil and impurities. The key was balance. I carefully formulated the recipe using nourishing oils alongside the charcoal, so the bar cleanses thoroughly while still feeling kind and comfortable on the skin and scalp.

This Activated Charcoal Soap / Shampoo Bar is handmade in small batches in our North Wales workshop and is designed to gently cleanse and refresh skin and hair without over-drying.
