I made this Aloe Vera Soap / Shampoo Bar because I wanted a truly simple, fragrance-free option for people who need their skincare to be as gentle as possible.
Over the years, I’ve spoken to many customers who struggle to find products that don’t irritate their skin or scalp. Even items labelled as “natural” or “mild” can still feel overwhelming when they contain added fragrance or unnecessary ingredients. I wanted to create a bar that focused on soothing and simplicity above all else.
Aloe vera has long been valued for its calming and hydrating properties, which is why it became the heart of this recipe. I carefully formulated the bar to cleanse effectively while still feeling kind and comfortable on the skin and scalp.
I also wanted this bar to be versatile. Many people prefer fewer products in their bathroom, so I made sure it worked well as both a body soap and a shampoo bar, helping to simplify routines and reduce plastic waste.

This Aloe Vera Soap / Shampoo Bar is handmade in small batches in our North Wales workshop and is one of our most gentle and versatile bars.

Aloe vera is well known for its calming and hydrating properties, helping to leave skin feeling comfortable and refreshed after use.
Made using a carefully balanced blend of natural oils, this bar produces a creamy, low-lather cleanse that’s kind to both skin and hair. It works beautifully as an everyday body soap and as a shampoo bar, leaving hair feeling clean, soft and manageable without heaviness.
Naturally unscented, with no added fragrance or essential oils, this bar is ideal for those who prefer minimal skincare or are sensitive to scent. It’s a simple, no-nonsense bar that does exactly what it’s meant to do.
