One of my symptoms of peri menopause has been complete brain fog. My mind goes completely blank mid sentence and words just disappear from my mind or the wrong word comes out instead. So I decided to do a cross stitch trying to show this.

This was stitched on 14ct Aida in DMC colours
(Obviously you can stitch them in any colours you want to)
