Full description
PICTURE - 4x6in (10x15cm) or A4 Photograph in a Black or White Coloured frame with a Polycarbonate front. There is a Strut on rear so that it can sit on the window sill or desk.
PHOTOGRAPH - I took this photograph at a Classic Car event August 2025 in Cranleigh, Surrey
HISTORY - The Lotus Elan Plus 2 was produced from 1967-1975 as a larger version of the two seater Elan with two an extra two seats only really suitable for children and designed to appeal to the young affluent family. It featured the eponymous 1588cc Lotus twin cam engine that would propel it to a maximum speed of 120mph and a 0-60 of just under 8seconds. The Plus 2S edition was launched in 1968 as more luxurious version.
