This is the first of a putative series of national illustrated maps on particular themes. Looking forward to taking a closer look at waterways, steam railways, natural wonders, buried treasure, etc. on future maps. I have already completed a map of British and Irish Castles.

Beautiful illustrated map poster of showing many of the astronomy-related places of the British Isles.
I loved doing this map showing as many astronomy-themed British and Irish places as I could fit in. Lots of lovely observatories, some of them beautiful historic buildings and even castles. Plus several pubs that specialise in star-gazing, some dark sky parks, several planetariums and space museums, some annual astronomy events, Newton's house where he discovered gravity, and even the best place to spot flying saucers!
A perfect print for anyone who is interested in astronomy, and British and Irish history.
My illustration is professionally printed on quality heavyweight paper.
The size is A3 (297 x 420mm or 11.7 x 16.5 inches), and will be hand-signed in pencil. Your artwork will be sent by Royal Mail and presented in a cello bag with a cardboard back for protection or onward delivery. US orders will be sent rolled in a tube for cheaper postage costs to you and greater survival rate!
Frames shown in some photos are for illustration only. The print is sold unframed.
