I love the sea - mystically drawn to it and fascinated by the myriad of colours that are displayed.
I wanted this piece to convey a little of that.

Full description
Inspired by the thoughts of faraway oceans and their colours, this short scarf / neck warmer is made from a mixture of yarn types and textures.
Knitted using short rows and a wavy drop stitch pattern that mimic the changing, rhythmical movements of water, there is also fluffy white texture to resemble sea foam and yarn ends have purposefully been left on show (but secured) to commit up images of seaweed.
A "handmade with love" button finishes off this delightful, one-off creation.
Washable with care at a low temperature (recommend placing in a laundry bag).
Reshape whilst damp and allow to dry naturally.
