I have always been inspired by the world around me and have always held a deep fascination with photography and the ability to draw with light. Within this work I wanted to celebrate the beauty of nature and capture how we use the beauty of nature to enhance the environment we live in.

An original cyanotype print to celebrate how we embrace nature within our lives and how it adds a huge value to them. This print combines the natural beauty of botanicals with Granny’s original lace from past times and a celebratory gold leaf vase.
Cyanotypes are one of a kind prints as they are created by exposing light sensitive coated paper to sunlight - each print is affected not only by the composition of botanicals but also by the sunlight conditions.
Printed on 300gsm Snowdon paper, this 5” x 7” cyanotype can be purchased with or without a frame. This cyanotype print features a hand-painted border.
