Full description
A set of 3 hand burnished prints of a lino cut taken from my original sketches of oak leaves and acorns, sycamore leaves and seeds and horse chestnut leaves and conkers.
Each print is made using Caligo Safewash inks and is hand burnished onto gorgeous Lokta paper using a baren. This means every print I make is individual and unique and that slight variations may occur in the printing process - you can see these variations in the images.
Each print comes on paper size is approximately 14.5 x 20.5 cm, (5.34 x 8"), image size is 15 x 10 cm (6 x 4").
Lokta paper is handmade and comes from plant fibres of a bush that grows in Nepal and completely regenerates every few years after it has been harvested. It has a beautiful creamy colour and natural texture with some of the fibres being visible.
This is an open edition print, each one will come titled and hand signed, in a clear hand compostable bag, wrapped in tissue in a sturdy envelope ready for you to frame.
