Beautiful map poster of the Orkney Islands, off the north coast of Scotland.
This amazing archipelago is particularly known for its ancient stone circles and burial chambers. I have illustrated many of these - as well as some of the local wildlife, lighthouses, prominent buildings, and dramatic natural features such as the Old Man of Hoy.
The flag of the Orkney Islands is depicted on the corners of the poster.
A perfect print for anyone who lives in or loves the Orkney Islands, or the charms and history of Scotland.
My illustration harks back to traditional railway posters of beautiful British holiday destinations, and is professionally printed on quality heavyweight paper.
The size is A3 (297 x 420mm or 11.7 x 16.5 inches), and will be hand-signed in pencil. Your artwork will be sent by Royal Mail and presented in a cello bag with a cardboard back for protection or onward delivery. US orders will be sent rolled in a tube for cheaper postage costs to you and greater survival rate!
Frames shown in some photos are for illustration only. The print is sold unframed.
