Full description
Knitting pattern for the Octothorp Mittens. The Octothorp mittens worked in the round feature a rolled up cuff and a pretty two-color hash tag pattern. Cleverly worked so that the two mittens can be worked out of just 2 x 50grams of yarn.
They start with a ribbed cuff and then move to the interesting hash tag colourwork pattern. Waste yarn is used to indicate the thumb which will be worked later and the mitts are shaped for the fingers, The fingertips are finished off with kitchener stitch grafting.

What you will need:-
Yarn : 2 x 50 grams of Rowan Island Blend Fine - 70% Merino Wool 15% Alpaca 15% Silk, 165m (180yds)/50g (1.76oz), Sport weight.
A set of 3.50mm and 4.50 mm DPN’s or circulars
Darning needle for sewing up.
