Hi and welcome to The Old Button Sews, where I sell beautiful gifts designed and sewn by me.
I am still shipping in time for Christmas, with ready made items posted within 1 day. I can also send directly to recipient - see the first listing in my shop
I use Royal Mail Track 24 as standard, but if you want to you can upgrade to Next Day Guaranteed - see the second listing in my shop.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Looking for a unique gift in a hurry? How about a gift voucher that can be used for any of the beautiful hand crafted gifts in my Folksy shop, or to commission a bespoke item made especially by me. It can also be used to buy one of my craft kits, or to purchase my destash supplies from my other Folksy shop - The Old Button Supplies.
Vouchers purchased now will be delivered in time for Christmas - an ideal last minute gift.
TO ORDER A VOUCHER
Please complete the options boxes.
I will send the voucher by email either to you, or directly to the recipient providing all the information needed to make a purchase from me. There is also an option for a short message to be added to the voucher.
I can also post a physical copy of the voucher with a lovely printed card featuring one of my embroidered or appliqued works. This will be chosen at random, but if you have a preference just add a note at checkout.
Don't forget to to give me the recipients email/address if I'm sending direct.

Full details will be provided in the email.
Gift vouchers can be used to pay in part or in full against an order. Any balance will be held and can be used against another order.
I will confirm by email when the voucher is redeemed and I have posted the item.
The voucher is valid for 1 year. During this time a refund can be requested by you as the original buyer.
