A richly textured picture of a heron among the reeds. Sari silk scraps machine embroidered over velvet and embellished with glass seed beads create the backdrop for a heron in Yorkshire tweed.
Displayed in a light pine box frame, allowing the textures of the fabrics and beads to evoke the serene scene of a heron on a summer morning.
