There are some places in this world that just call out to us time and again, this collection is full of those for me. If I can surround myself with mountains, lakes and plenty of views to stretch my eyes then I’m happy.
I love place where I can get lost in nature and walk for hours without having to say hello to a single two-legged animal. Fresh air really does lift my soul and these paintings are hopefully full of fresh air for the mind at least.

Full description
Many of us who enjoy the outdoors have spent a few happy days in the Lake District, be that walking, swimming or just soaking up the scenery. In this painting I've tried to capture the feel of a late summer afternoon watching the play of light on the mountainside opposite.
Let your eyes skip across the hillside as you say goodbye to your worries and the dull routine of everyday life.
