The weathered, muted colors and rugged texture suggest decay or age, while the flowers represent life and beauty emerging from it.
I think the two aspects complement each other in the most beautiful way.

Full description
"The Corseted Vessel" is a stunning piece of upcycled mixed media art, transforming an ordinary bottle into a captivating decorative object.
The surface is treated with a heavily textured finish, giving it an ancient, weathered, or stone-like appearance in deep, muted grey and blue tones. The body features a dramatic corset-like lacing detail, utilizing golden 'eyelets' and twisted rope to create a rugged, industrial, or almost Gothic aesthetic.
This contrast is softened and complicated by the vibrant, handmade clay/fabric roses that seem to burst from the 'collar' of the piece. The roses add a surprising element of decaying beauty and life to the otherwise rugged, mechanical exterior.
