As an artist inspired by nature, I want my practice to be sustainable, and avoid causing any harm to the plants and flowers I love. I started experimenting with natural colour in 2020 and after years of experimentation I have developed a rich palette of strong colours. Whilst some shades may fade and change a little over time, the bright colours of Madder, Indigo and Weld will hold, giving the paper flowers character and a lasting appeal.

Full description
Plant dyed paper for paper flower making, candied in small batches, limited edition kits. Paper flower making is a wonderfully absorbing, relaxing craft. With advice n. basic botany to help you create realistic flower shapes, this kit encourages you to let your imagination run free, playing with colour, size and shape.
Each kit contains ten sheets of 180g Italian Crepe paper coloured using plant based dyes, plus templates and instructions to make four different flower shapes, plus butterflies and leaves!
Also included : wires, shaping tools, my top tips for working with crepe paper and glue. All you need to add is scissors!
Please note, the paper should. not be displayed in direct sunlight. These colours have been chosen for their depth of colour. Some may change of fade a little over time, others will retain their vibrancy. Paper flowers will last for many years when looked after and whilst the colours may change, the shape will remain. Use a hairdryer on a cool setting to blow any dust off.
This is not a toy. Suitable for age 14 and over.
