I've made this little handbag style gift box and matching birthday card using fabulous lime cardstock which I have embossed with an argyle pattern along with elements of black - a fabulous combination.
The little gift bag measures just 4.1/2" wide x 3" high x 1" depth excluding the handle, so perfect for small items such as jewellery or even a gift card. I've made some tiny paper beads in silver and black and tied them with black and white bakers twine. I've designed the bag so it folds flat for economic postage but there is no self-assembly required.
The fabulous card reads Happy Birthday, its not shopping its retail therapy and I've cut a tiny bag to match the gift bag in the lovely lime cardstock, embossed in the argyle pattern with black details. I've added some gorgeous silver glitter cardstock circles as a background and embossed a line of diamonds along the bottom for a little added texture.
The card measures just under 6" square and has a white envelope.
The prefect birthday gift set for a shop-a-holic!
