Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
With the messages Happy Birthday and For You, this birthday card in shades of coffee, cream and gold would be ideal to send to someone who loves a cup of tea.
A central scalloped square topper has a printed image of a cup of tea with gold foiled accents and a swirl of steam. The image has been mounted on foam pads above a background of cream and brown stripes with a band of card with foiled gold flowers on a taupe background runnng across the centre.
A small square message with the words For You has been added in the top left corner and a circular Happy Birthday greeting in the bottom right.
The inside of the card has a band of matching striped card along the bottom edge with a smaller teacup image in the corner, leaving plenty of space for you to write your own message.
The card measures approx 15cm square and is supplied with a white envelope and inside a clear poly bag. It will be posted in a board backed envelope for protection.
Your order will be posted by 2nd class post within 1 working day (excludes Sunday).
Postage can be upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24 by adding the Upgrade Postage item to your order.
