Full description
This is a handmade Trinket Jewellery Box made from Goldfield Burr with a contrasting inlay in the lid made from Amboyna Burr Sapwood.
The lid is carefully made to give a tight fit. The grain of the wood is different from every angle you look at it from.
It was made by me on a lathe in my Cornish workshop and has been polished to a very smooth finish. Then, finally given several coats of polish to protect it from finger marks.
