Discover the trick of making piping cord from fabric before creating a custom cushion cover. Decorate your own home with your fabric of choice.
You must be comfortable using a sewing machine, and can choose to bring your own or use one of my studio machines (mostly vintage).
Provided in your class price - piping cord, 1 x square synthetic filled cushion pad, hot drinks and light refreshments.
You will need to bring:
Sewing machine and sewing kit (including fabric scissors and an adjustable zip foot)
0.5m fabric for your cushion
Additional 0.5m of fabric for your piping
Matching sewing thread
A matching dress zip - at least 50cm long
Please bring a packed lunch that does not require chilling. No hot food please.
