Contemporary 'Tree' cones for Festive table, mantlepiece or shelf decoration.
Set of three turquoise wool trees topped with a red glitter (sealed with PVA) covered detachable polystyrene star.
Re-useable year after year if packed and stored carefully under dry conditions.
Height 18cms. Widest point base 8.5cms. Star Width 5cms.
Constructed from recycled, clean, pre used yarn cones (from the yarns listed on Folly Flora) with wire covered in felted wool of irregular thickness producing a rustic, textured, 'natural' finish.
The turquoise colour varies in shade producing a slight 'ombre' effect.
The trees are packed without the star in position to prevent damage in transit.
The stars (on their central supports) are simply pushed into a hole on the cone top.
CARE
DO NOT WASH, the tree is covered in wool roving carried on a wire (which may rust when damp).
Spot clean and pat dry any areas that need touching up, only if necessary.
If the wool or card cone inner gets wet from a spillage, place over a radiator to thoroughly dry.
N.B. Over time and in damp atmospheres the wire carrying the wool may rust slightly producing streaks and evidence of rust staining on the wool.
The wool cover fibres may be very gently brushed, with a tooth or paint brush
