Welcome to the Wonky Towers shop. In our shop you will find a variety of household items and gifts, mostly with an Eco-focus - things that can be used and reused without costing the planet or emptying your wallet. We use up scraps, repurpose materials and prioritise natural new materials. We love colour and our products are attractive, environmentally friendly and useful. We don’t want to be preachy - just to make things that are a pleasure to use.
If you spot something you’d like in a different colour combination or other feature, drop us a message and ask - many things are possible.
Postage: generally we only post to the UK. EU regulations prohibit us from posting to Europe and Northern Ireland. If you wish to order from other parts of the world we will consider this on a case-by-case basis. Our preference to have the delivery tracked will mean the cost may be prohibitive.

Finding that dips and similar foods sometimes don’t have a lid - just a removable film, I needed a cover in the right size, to keep food fresh.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

If you enjoy dips and coleslaw that come in little plastic pots from the supermarket, you may appreciate these small covers. Often the pots come with a removable cellophane film but no lid. It can then be difficult to keep the food fresh once the pot has been opened, without resorting to foil or cling film.
This useful pair of pot covers are made from pale blue checked cotton. They are lined with yellow food-safe PUL - a fabric that is laminated with a small amount of plastic. It is safe to be in contact with food, helps to keep it fresh but reduces the need for single-use plastics. An elasticated rim keeps the covers securely in place on your chosen dish or pot. They are washable by hand or machine, making them a hygienic option but often just a wipe with a cloth is enough. I find they are much easier to use than beeswax wraps.
These set of covers give you 2 sizes. The smaller one will fit bowls and pots of approximately 9 to 11cm in diameter . The bigger one will fit up to about 16cm. The elastic means they will adapt to different shapes.
Orders are generally sent second class unless you choose otherwise.
