I was inspired to make this board by the idea of combining strength and artistry in a single piece. The bull and bear resin inlay reflects balance and resilience, while the walnut, cherry and maple woods bring natural warmth and contrast. I wanted to create something that is both practical in the kitchen and symbolic, a board that tells a story as well as serving a purpose.
Safety information
This board is finished with food safe oil and wax. It is suitable for direct contact with food and has been prepared to meet everyday kitchen use. Please wash by hand only and dry immediately after use. Do not place in a dishwasher or leave soaking in water, as this may damage the wood and resin. Reapply food safe oil occasionally to maintain the protective finish. Keep away from extreme heat sources such as ovens or open flames

Full description
This handmade cutting board is created from walnut with cherry stripes and framed with hard maple edges, giving it a rich contrast of tones and grains.
